Here at the Brown Gyal Diary, we wanted to create an easy to access directory that provides the Indo-Caribbean community with the mental health leaders they need to help guide their health and wellbeing. Our community is faced with intergenerational traumas that have now transcended into our lives today. We bear the experiences of our ancestors and sometimes, find it difficult to figure out how to deal with these feelings and emotions. Our directory provides you with a list of mental health professionals of the Indo-Caribbean community from across the globe to better support you.
