Workout with Kamille and BGD - Reverse Your Stay-at-Home Bod
This at-home workout was created by @kamillejasodra, an Indo-Caribbean, certified personal trainer. Her partnership with BGD stems from her support in advancing the development of our mentorship program in June 2021. All money made from the workout will go directly to developing the project.

In this way, you are maximizing your time and getting the most for overall fat loss and muscle toning going on. I love full-body workouts for when you’re short on time and want to get as much work in a short time as possible.
